2025 SIP Conference

The 2025 SIP conference will take place april 3-5, 2025.

The conference will begin on thursday, april 3 at 9:30 a.m. (Meet & Greet and check-in) and will conclude on saturday, april 5 at 2:30 p.m.

hotel Accommodations

For conference participants, a number of rooms at a reduced conference price has been secured for the nights of April 2, 3, and 4 at the Hilton Garden Inn (1 Circle Road, Stony Brook, NY 11794; on the SBU campus) and at the Holiday Inn Express (3131 Nesconset Highway, Centereach, NY 11720; very close to the SBU campus via complimentary shuttle).

Both hotels have shuttles to/from the LIRR train station (which connects the SBU campus to NYC and major airports).

Be sure to make your reservation by March 2, 2025 if you want to take advantage of the conference price.
